Which shops are open at night?

Which shops are open at night? In many big cities, some shops never close. A shop that is open all night can help when you are hungry, when you need medicine or when you work late. The most common night shops are small supermarkets and pharmacies. Some cities have a pharmacy with a night duty.

In Japan, there are many small shops called convenience stores. Many of them are open twenty-four hours a day. You can buy food, drinks, snacks, and you can also pay bills there. Many people say that they are very useful. In Ukraine, there are also many shops that are open around the clock. At night, a cashier works in a quiet shop, and there is usually no long queue.

In many small towns, shops close early. A shop opens at nine, and it closes at six or eight. On Sundays, some shops are closed. It is a good idea to look at the opening times before you go.

In a night shop, you can say: "Can I have this, please? How much is it?" You can pay in cash or by card, and the cashier gives you a receipt. What would you like to buy at midnight?
